Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of SiteLens websites, accounts, APIs, Desktop, MCP tools, cloud QA features, and related services offered by RazorSoft, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“SiteLens,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Agreement

By creating an account, accessing the SiteLens dashboard or APIs, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use SiteLens on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be able to form a binding contract and use SiteLens only for lawful business or professional purposes.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for safeguarding credentials, API keys, and authentication sessions.
  • You are responsible for activity under your workspace, including actions by members you invite.
  • Notify us promptly of unauthorized access or credential compromise at support@sitelensapi.com, through available account support channels, or via the contact form on sitelensapi.com.

3. The Services

SiteLens provides software and hosted tools for website and application quality analysis, including (depending on your plan and configuration) cloud page capture, visual and theme analysis, geographic capture, visual compare, saved QA flows and runs, reports, Desktop and MCP local tooling, and managed AI features such as AI Builder where enabled.

Features, allowances, and availability may differ by plan and may change over time. Local MCP and Desktop runs on your machines are distinct from cloud allowances described on the Pricing page.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services to attack, disrupt, or unlawfully access systems you do not own or are not authorized to test
  • Probe, scan, or load third-party sites in violation of their terms, robots rules, or applicable law
  • Upload malware, attempt to bypass SiteLens security or metering, or reverse engineer the Services except where mandatory law permits
  • Resell raw access to SiteLens APIs or credentials in a manner that circumvents plan limits, or share accounts in violation of these Terms
  • Submit unlawful content, or content you lack rights to process
  • Use the Services to process payment-card data, protected health information, or similarly regulated data unless we have expressly agreed in writing

5. Customer authorization

You represent and warrant that you have all rights and permissions necessary to direct SiteLens to access the repositories, URLs, applications, credentials, and environments you connect or target—including authority to run automated browsers, capture screenshots, and analyze pages that may contain personal data.

You are solely responsible for configuring authentication profiles, allowlists, and target environments safely, and for complying with your own privacy, security, and contractual obligations to end users and third parties.

6. Customer content and license

As between you and SiteLens, you retain ownership of your source code, application content, prompts, flow definitions, screenshots, and other materials you submit (“Customer Content”).

You grant SiteLens a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, display, and create derivative technical artifacts from Customer Content solely as needed to provide the Services you request, secure the platform, meter usage, and comply with law. This license ends when Customer Content is deleted from SiteLens systems, except for residual copies in backups or logs retained for a limited period, and except for anonymized or aggregated operational metrics that do not identify you.

7. AI-assisted features and customer review

Some Services use machine-learning models to draft flows, analyze repositories or pages, suggest findings, or generate reports. AI outputs may be incomplete, incorrect, or unsafe to execute without review.

You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before saving, approving browser execution, merging code, or relying on results for release decisions. SiteLens does not warrant that AI features will find all defects or that generated automation is production-ready.

8. Third-party services

The Services depend on third parties such as cloud hosting, authentication, payment processing, analytics, model inference, and source-control integrations. Their availability and policies may affect SiteLens. Links to third-party sites or tools do not imply endorsement.

9. Plans, subscriptions, and billing

Current public plans include Free and Pro. Pro is billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown on the Pricing page (presently $29 USD per month, excluding applicable taxes). Annual billing and free trials are not offered unless we expressly state otherwise.

Payment methods, invoices, and subscription changes are managed through Stripe Checkout and the Stripe customer portal linked from your account billing page. When Stripe reports a subscription as canceled (or in other non-paying states defined by our billing mapping), the workspace returns to Free entitlements.

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, SiteLens does not make a general contractual promise of refunds for partial billing periods, unused cloud allowances, or unused AI usage. RazorSoft, Inc. may issue a refund in an individual case at its discretion.

10. Usage limits and credits

Cloud plan allowances (for example Cloud QA Analyze, Theme Analyze, and Flow Runs) reset on the UTC calendar month as described on Pricing. Exceeding entitlements may result in HTTP 402 or equivalent denial until the next period or an upgrade.

AI Builder metering (where enabled): AI Builder is a separate allowlisted add-on for eligible Pro workspaces. It may include monthly included usage and optional purchased credit balances tracked by SiteLens. Stripe checkout for AI Builder add-ons and prepaid top-ups is not generally activated for all customers as of these Terms; access may remain allowlist-based.

SiteLens Cloud Agent metering: Prepaid SiteLens credits, mid-tier plans, or Cloud Agent allowances described in internal product planning are not generally available under these Terms until SiteLens enables them in the product and updates Pricing or account UI accordingly.

11. Availability and modifications

We aim to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, including beta or allowlisted features, with or without notice where permitted by law. We may impose fair-use or abuse limits beyond published plan caps when necessary to protect the platform.

12. SiteLens intellectual property

SiteLens software, branding, documentation, and the Services (excluding Customer Content) are owned by RazorSoft, Inc. and its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of SiteLens IP to you. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the Services without obligation to you.

13. Confidentiality and security responsibilities

Each party may receive non-public information from the other. You will protect SiteLens non-public technical and commercial information; we will protect Customer Content using measures described at a high level in the Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for securing your repositories, test credentials, secrets, and target applications, and for deciding what data you send to SiteLens.

14. Optional SiteLens Cloud Agent features

This section applies only when SiteLens has enabled optional SiteLens Cloud Agent features for your workspace and you use them. “SiteLens Cloud Agent” is a provisional product name and may change in the UI. Publishing these Terms does not mean SiteLens Cloud Agent is generally available.

In addition to the rest of these Terms and the SiteLens Cloud Agent Privacy Notice:

  • You authorize SiteLens to process connected repository contents and prompts as needed to run the agent tasks you request.
  • Agents may use tools you enable, including SiteLens browser/QA tools against targets you specify.
  • You must review agent actions and outputs. Where write access to repositories is enabled for a run, you accept the risk of agent-authored commits or branches in authorized repositories.
  • AI and infrastructure subprocessors process run data as described in the SiteLens Cloud Agent Privacy Notice, including temporary cloud execution environments, planned session retention targets, customer-saved reports, conversation deletion controls (when available), and snapshot deletion limits.
  • Usage fees or credits for SiteLens Cloud Agent, if any, apply only when SiteLens has enabled metering for your workspace; planned credit packs are not automatically part of these Terms.

15. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” AND SITELENS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SiteLens does not warrant that the Services will detect all defects, that captures or AI outputs are complete or accurate, or that local browser automation will succeed in every environment. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty, right, or remedy that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

16. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SITELENS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER THEORY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SITELENS’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO SITELENS FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

These limitations do not apply to liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited or excluded, including (where such rules apply) liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or other non-waivable statutory rights. These provisions are provisional contractual terms and have not been independently validated as enforceable in every jurisdiction.

17. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, suspected abuse, legal risk, or to protect the Services or others. You may stop using the Services and cancel paid subscriptions through the billing portal subject to Stripe and plan timing. Provisions that by nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and accrued payment obligations) survive termination.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, except to the extent mandatory applicable law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

Subject to any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law to bring claims in your local courts, the state and federal courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, and you and SiteLens consent to that venue.

These Terms do not require arbitration and do not include a class-action waiver. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived under mandatory consumer or other protective laws. Governing-law and venue selections are provisional drafting positions pending professional legal review.

19. General

These Terms are the agreement between you and RazorSoft, Inc. regarding the Services, together with the Privacy Policy, SiteLens Cloud Agent Privacy Notice (when applicable), and any order or plan terms presented at purchase. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a corporate transaction.

20. Contact and updates

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated through the product or site as appropriate.

Questions about these Terms, support requests, and legal notices may be sent to support@sitelensapi.com. You may also use the contact form on sitelensapi.com or your SiteLens account support channels.
